One “tiny cables” sock down…. One to go. #knitting
Impulse purchase du jour. found a new yarn shop in the Junction today. Had to leave with something! That’s a rule right? RIGHT?!?
Decided to freehand a heart on a hexipuff for the beekeepers quilt I’m making my daughter. Can’t wait to show her in the morning :) #hexipuffkal2014
45 hexipuffs done! Took a break for a while, but now I’m back on them :) have a long way to go still! #hexipuffkal2014 #knitting #beekeepersquilt
Found a mistake in my socks. For once, I don’t care…. Gonna leave it. **shrugs shoulders, says “meh” and keeps knitting**
Was sorting through the many bags of UFO’s and projects to rip and I found these little piles of memories! These for sure have to be made into hexipuffs! The top pewter one, is some malabrigo that I had used to make a shawl for my mom, the brown is also malabrigo that I had used to make a shawl for my now late grandma. The blue and gold, that’s my first skein of hand dyed yarn that I purchased from @ontheround . All memories that will get knit into the keepers quilt!
As requested by the little one, I knit up a pink and purple “pillow” aka hexipuff :) and yes, I have hello kitty pj’s :) #hexipuffkal2014
